Service Today

Das Fachmagazin SERVICE TODAY wird vom Service-Verband KVD e.V. mit Sitz in Dorsten herausgegeben und vom ISB-Verlag, Waltrop, verlegt. Das Fachmagazin für Entscheider aus Service, Marketing, Logistik und Technik existiert seit 30 Jahren am Markt und informiert über Management, Organisation und Praxis im Service, über technische Trends und ihre wirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Auswirkungen, über Weiterbildung und Personalmanagement, über Menschen, Produkte und Unternehmen im Dienstleistungsbereich.

Die SERVICE TODAY erscheint fünf Mal im Jahr und erreicht mit einer IVW-geprüften Auflage von derzeit 3.650 Exemplaren (IVW-Prüfung, Stand 3. Quartal 2016) ein Vielfaches mehr an qualifizierten Lesern: vom Kundendienstleiter über den Servicemanager bis hin zum Experten im Ersatzteilwesen, der Logistik, im Product Support, Business Support und in allen Bereichen des After Sales Geschäftes. Das redaktionelle Programm umfasst auch den nichttechnischen Servicebereich, also den Kundenservice in Dienstleistungsbetrieben.

Die Fachartikel der Redaktion und externer Autoren finden sich in der SERVICE TODAY in vier Rubriken – jeweils zu einem Titelthema – wieder: Best Practice (aktuelle Anwenderberichte aus Service, Marketing, Logistik und Technik), Service Science (Themen aus dem Wissenschafts- und Weiterbildungsbereich), International (Konzepte und Ideen international anerkannter Service-Experten) und KVD Dialog (aus dem Verbandsleben des KVD).

In den zahlreichen digitalen Kanälen des KVD setzt sich der Informationsfluss fort: Die Redaktion der SERVICE TODAY bedient unter anderem den News-Bereich auf kvd.de, aber auch die Profile des KVD bei Facebook, Twitter, Flickr und Xing.
